Teen Vsco Nudes
Parents are alarmed over the images their teens are posting to VSCO, an image editing app which allows users to alter photos so they appear as if taken on film. Some of these altered photos are sexually explicit. One student in Florida used VSCO to ‘undress’ dozens of high school girls; police are currently investigating this case, however as there has been no warrant obtained to retrieve his phone and review its content, his parents are demanding charges are laid.
No matter whether or not your teenager has a “vsco” account, her photos can still be viewed. The app enables sharing via text messaging, emailing and airdrop. In addition, users can share their location or tag other users when posting.
While community guidelines state that material should be appropriate for all audiences, searches often uncover explicit images and content deemed inappropriate for teens. Any images deemed unacceptable would likely remain as part of the culture.
Parents often advise their teenaged daughters not to delete their VSCO account, as it provides their daughter a sense of stability during periods of rapid physical and emotional change. But some see Vsco use as dangerous or self-destructive activity.
